Thomas J. Valerino has been in practice since 1999 and has since practiced in the areas of criminal defense in both state and federal court as well as DWI defense and all areas of vehicle and traffic matters. He also has many years of experience in practicing in the areas of divorce and family law, wills, trusts, estates and estate planning, contract law, formation of LLCs, corporations and business entities, contract law, commercial and residential leases, commercial and residential real estate, civil practice, personal injury and motor vehicle accidents, intellectual property, landlord/tenant, and has litigated and settled cases in the New York State Division of Human Rights. He is admitted to practice in New York State courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

A lifelong resident of Syracuse, New York, Mr. Valerino is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a B.S. in Accounting and Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law.
